Construction of Kermanshah 5 Star Hotel

The purpose of the project is to build a 5-star hotel in Kermanshah province. Hotel services include: Hotel room rental, restaurant service, hall service, business units, banking, taxi service, gym and coffee shop. The nominal capacity of the hotel is 140,160 persons per year, the nominal capacity of the hall is 73,000 persons per year and the nominal capacity of the hotel restaurant services is 131,400 persons per year.
The total revenue from the provision of services after the full operation of the hotel will be equal to 988,404 million rials.  Total Land area: 5000 m2 Hotel’s infrastructure: 8000 m2
